Joe McCormack retired after 45 years as an executive recruiter in New York and Los Angeles. In 1993, he founded McCormack + Kristel, the first country’s first LGBTQ-owned executive search firm, to recruit professional leadership for HIV/AIDS organizations. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
